We consider that training of our employees to be one of our main priorities and have developed an in house training programme. All staff are properly trained for the equipment and materials they use

We constantly strive to supply cleaning of the highest quality. However, in the unlikely event that there is any problem with the standard of cleaning we will act immediately to rectify any problem and do our utmost to resolve it
Complaints
In the unlikely event of any complaint, we will respond within 1 working day to address any concerns that you may have. We will agree an action plan to resolve any issues
